Help->Edit Custom VM Options
额外添加
-Dhttp.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
-Dhttp.proxyPort=7890
-Dhttps.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
-Dhttps.proxyPort=7890
-DsocksProxyHost=127.0.0.1
-DsocksProxyPort=7890clash默认是这个端口，自己设置了别的就改成别的
